- Paul Davoust, President & CEO: Mr. Davoust is a founder of CaringFamily LLC and is responsible for general management, funding efforts, and overall strategy. A 20-year high-tech industry veteran, Mr. Davoust has held general management, sales, marketing, product management, and strategic planning posts for multiple industry leaders including Hewlett-Packard, Borland, Radish Communications Systems, and others. Mr. Davoust holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
- Michael D. Williams, Chief Technology Officer: Dr. Williams is a founder of CaringFamily, responsible for design and implementation of the Company's technical solution as well as its research activities. A pioneer in Artificial Intelligence research and Object Oriented programming tools development, Dr Williams served as a researcher at Xerox PARC, and has held executive positions at IntelliCorp and US West Advanced Technology. He has a BA in Physics and a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from the University of California, San Diego.
- David Taenzer, Director of Software Engineering: Mr.Taenzer is a founder of CaringFamily, responsible for CaringFamily's online service and infrastructure. Mr. Taenzer has held senior systems design and programming posts with 24/7 Media (formerly InfoBeat/Mercury Mail), U.S. West, where he developed that company's first online yellow page offering and CityKey, the first interactive TV service directory; and Bolt Barenek and Newman, among others. He holds both undergraduate and Masters degrees from MIT.
- Paul Hudnut, Member of the Board of Directors: Paul Hudnut is Director of Venture Development at Colorado State University, where he works on the commercial development of university technologies and teaches entrepreneurship classes at the College of Business. He currently serves as President and is on the board of directors of EnviroFit International, Ltd, and was an executive at PR Pharmaceuticals, Heska Corporation and U S WEST Marketing Resources. Mr. Hudnut earned his BA from Colorado College and his law degree from University of Virginia and has completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School.
